儀器簡介
分析儀器中的發(fā)熱部件在工作中所產(chǎn)生的熱量如不及時散去，儀器便無法工作，必須采用冷卻水對其發(fā)熱部件進行冷卻。過去對分析儀器的冷卻常采用自來水長開的方式。正常情況下自來水耗量按10L/min計算，如果每天工作8小時，則年耗水量約為1440噸，極大地浪費了寶貴的水資源，制冷效果差；對于水質(zhì)較硬的地區(qū)，“結垢”問題還會影響儀器的正常使用。因此目前常采用zei經(jīng)濟、zei實用的冷卻水循環(huán)的儀器冷卻方式。

MICHEM MC系列制冷水循環(huán)器自1995年投入市場以來，經(jīng)過不斷開發(fā)，由改進國內(nèi)外落后產(chǎn)品到仿制國外先進產(chǎn)品，再到承擔科技部國家十五攻關項目，自主創(chuàng)新，目前已經(jīng)有啟停和變頻式兩大系列，制冷量在7000W以下均可采用變頻控制。MC系列制冷水循環(huán)器能產(chǎn)生恒溫、恒流、恒壓冷卻水，適用于各種須用水冷卻和恒溫的儀器、設備。產(chǎn)品原理先進，技術日臻成熟，性能適用可靠，在市場上享有盛譽。

儀器特點

（1）冷卻水溫5-35℃范圍內(nèi)可根據(jù)要求調(diào)節(jié)，通過改變壓縮機頻率，自動調(diào)節(jié)制冷系統(tǒng)輸入輸出功率，從而實現(xiàn)溫度控制，節(jié)能效果顯著，同制冷量下比啟停式節(jié)電30%以上。
（2）制冷系統(tǒng)關鍵部件如壓縮機、循環(huán)風扇等采用進口名牌產(chǎn)品，溫度平衡時壓縮機低速運行，噪音zei低；采用進口循環(huán)泵，循環(huán)流量大，zei高壓力達到7.0bar以上；壓力可調(diào)。
（3）微處理芯片控制，控制精度高，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，與PID溫控技術結合，實現(xiàn)精密控溫（±0.1℃）。
（4）壓縮機啟動時輸入功率20秒內(nèi)，逐漸由小變大“軟啟動”，從而避免了像定速式壓縮機啟動時的大電流沖擊，延長以整機壽命。
（5）通過改變壓縮機的頻率來實現(xiàn)溫度的控制，自動調(diào)節(jié)制冷系統(tǒng)的輸入輸出功率。
