General description
用于在 1 分鐘內(nèi)檢測微生物細(xì)胞色素氧化酶活性的診斷試驗(yàn)。氧化酶試驗(yàn)是重要的鑒別步驟，應(yīng)對(duì)待鑒定的所有革蘭氏陰性菌進(jìn)行。當(dāng)細(xì)胞色素氧化酶（革蘭氏陰性菌）存在時(shí)，N,N-二甲基對(duì)苯二胺和 α-萘酚與靛酚藍(lán)發(fā)生反應(yīng)。
