Preparation and Storage

• Reconstitution

  Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

• Shipping

Background: Presenilin-1

Presenilin?1 (PS-1) is a multipass lysosomal membrane protein that is a component of the gamma secretase complex. It is cleaved by endoproteolysis to generate
N? and C?terminal fragments. Some mutations in PS-1 are associated with the risk of early onset familial Alzheimer's disease.
