General description
Ascentis 系列色譜柱是 Supelco 科學(xué)家推出的第四代 HPLC 色譜柱技術(shù)。Ascentis 系列色譜柱是以高純硅膠為基質(zhì)，孔徑 100?，硅膠粒徑為 3、5 和 10 微米。該色譜柱用于小分子的應(yīng)用，柱內(nèi)徑可從微徑柱（1.0mm 內(nèi)徑）擴(kuò)展到制備尺寸（50mm 內(nèi)徑）。該系列包括 C18、C8、苯基、Si 和內(nèi)嵌極性基團(tuán)相（反相酰胺）。
