• Neutralization

  Measured by its ability to neutralize CCL19/MIP?3 beta -induced chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro?B cell line transfected with human CCR7. The Neutralization Dose (ND    ₅₀) is typically 1-5 μg/mL in the presence of 50 ng/mL Recombinant Human CCL19/MIP?3 beta.

Preparation and Storage

• Reconstitution

  Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

• Shipping

  The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below. *Small pack size (SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20 to -70 °C

  Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Background: CCR7

CCR7 is a 7 transmembrane G protein coupled chemokine receptor. CCR7 is expressed on T cells and mature dendritic cells and transduces chemotactic signals in response to CCL19 and CCL21. Human CCR7 shares 87% amino acid sequence identity with mouse CCR7.
